Role Overview:
We are looking for a specialist to support and further develop a customized PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environment within a public sector organization. The role covers application development, change management, platform maintenance, support activities, and migration initiatives. The environment includes PeopleTools 8.62, SQL Server, Oracle WebLogic, BI Publisher, and Microsoft Azure hosted components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development, enhancement, and change management activities within PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
- Provide application management, technical support, and corrective maintenance.
- Perform platform updates and ensure stability of PeopleTools 8.62 and related components.
- Support migration and decommissioning activities across the existing environment.
- Work with SQL Server, Oracle WebLogic, BI Publisher, and Microsoft Azure hosted services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve HR-related business processes and system functionality.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.62.
- Experience with SQL Server administration and development.
- Understanding of Oracle WebLogic and BI Publisher.
- Experience supporting enterprise application maintenance, upgrades, and change management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure hosted environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
