Baltic Amadeus is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. At BA, we believe in the power of business digitalization. What you will do

Create business opportunities using every possible channel (email campaigns, network, events, etc.).
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Participate in industry events both online and offline to generate leads.
Establish and foster connections with various stakeholders.

What we expect from you

Proven ability to generate business opportunities.
Demonstrated track record of closing new business using a consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Solid IT background and hands-on Agile / Scrum practice.
Fluent in English (advantage - Norwegian, Swedish, German languages).
Proactive attitude and passion for improvement in everything you do.
