We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join the Custom Software Development Unit, where we create tailored IT solutions that truly make a difference. We specialize in developing unique software that meets the specific needs of each client, ranging from building greenfield projects from scratch to enhancing, integrating, and modernizing existing systems. What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
  • Define and manage project scope, roadmap, budget, timeline, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Oversee multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing interdependencies.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Implement and improve project management methodologies and best practices across teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team members to enhance overall delivery capability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA) and corporate governance standards.

What we expect from you

  • 4+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
  • Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient with Jira and/or other project management tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project).
  • Ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English language(at least B2 level, written and spoken).
