Senior IT Project Manager for the Custom Software Development Unit

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join the Custom Software Development Unit, where we create tailored IT solutions that truly make a difference. • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
• Define and manage project scope, roadmap, budget, timeline, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing interdependencies.
• Engage and influence stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Implement and improve project management methodologies and best practices across teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members to enhance overall delivery capability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA) and corporate governance standards.

• 4+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
• Deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Jira and/or other project management tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project).
• Ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
