We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Omnichannel unit. If you are enthusiastic about leading unique IT projects, collaborating with experienced team members, and ensuring project success across industries such as finance, telco, insurance, and more, we invite you to apply.

What you will do

  • Projects and services delivery management.
  • Leading and motivating the projects‘ teams.
  • Managing and overseeing any third parties within the scope of the projects.
  • Ensuring the best quality delivery of projects and services.
  • Handle financial aspects, including cost accounting, billing, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Projects‘ risk analysis and management.
  • Major risks and issues escalating to the upper-level management.

What we expect from you

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Project manager in software development.
  • Experience in managing multi-regional projects and deployments in multiple countries.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development cycle and specifics of IT project management.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies to keep projects adaptable and efficient.
  • The ability to credibly challenge project teams.
  • Integrity, leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivation, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
