Join our Business to Government Unit as a Quality Assurance Manager and be part of meaningful change in the public sector! In this unit, we partner with government organizations to develop and implement technology solutions that drive digitalization, enhance efficiency, and improve the accessibility of public services. 
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing quality assurance strategies, leading QA activities across multiple projects, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes. Working closely with a team of experienced Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other QA specialists, you will ensure that solutions are reliable, meet user needs, and comply with the highest quality standards from project initiation to completion. 

What you will do

  • Ensure testing and quality assurance processes are consistently followed across projects and the organization.
  • Represent the QA team in client meetings, presenting test progress, results, and potential risks.
  • Prepare and maintain key test documentation (e.g., strategies, plans, reports).
  • Plan and manage testing activities, including team coordination and resource planning.
  • Analyze test results, manage defects, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support the creation and execution of effective test cases and scenarios.
  • Mentor QA team members and support their professional development.
  • Participate in hiring QA specialists and contribute to overall team growth.
  • Provide feedback and insights on project quality and QA team performance.

What we expect from you

  • At least 3 years of QA experience, including 1+ year in a lead or coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Xray (including dashboards and reporting).
  • Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and plans.
  • Ability to identify and manage testing risks, defects, and process improvements.
  • Experience communicating test progress and risks to clients or business stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Experience with UAT, SIT, and familiarity with test automation frameworks.
  • ISTQB Advanced Level or an equivalent certification.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
