We’re hiring a Senior Front-End Developer to help tackle complex, high-impact problems through the application of cutting-edge technology.

What you will do

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, maintainability, and optimal user experience. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences for large-scale systems. 
  • Provide strategic input on UI/UX implementation, front-end architecture, and tooling choices to align with technical goals and user needs. 
  • Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate team capability and code quality. 
  • Drive testing excellence by implementing and maintaining robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies. 
  • Partner with stakeholders and business analysts to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive front-end solutions. 
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuously improve development processes, while staying up to date with modern front-end technologies and trends. 

What we expect from you

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building modern front-end applications with React.js and TypeScript. 
  • Deep knowledge ofJavaScriptandTypeScript, and the ability to write clean, scalable code. 
  • Solid understanding ofaccessibility best practicesand how to implement them in real-world interfaces. 
  • Experience working with component libraries ordesign systemslikeMUI,Bulma, orTailwind CSS. 
  • Familiarity with frontend tooling, state management, and component testing. 
  • FluencyinLithuanianandEnglishlanguage(atleastB2level,writtenandspoken).    

It would be beneficial if you have:  

  • Experiencebuilding and maintaining design systems. 
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or full-stack development environments. 
  • An eye for detail and a user-first mindset when translating designs into code.
