What you will do

Design and develop scalable, high-performance front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, maintainability, and optimal user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences for large-scale systems.
Provide strategic input on UI/UX implementation, front-end architecture, and tooling choices to align with technical goals and user needs.
Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate team capability and code quality.
Drive testing excellence by implementing and maintaining robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
Partner with stakeholders and business analysts to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive front-end solutions.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuously improve development processes, while staying up to date with modern front-end technologies and trends.

What we expect from you

4+ years of hands-on experience building modern front-end applications with React.js and TypeScript.
Deep knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, and the ability to write clean, scalable code.
Solid understanding of accessibility best practices and how to implement them in real-world interfaces.
Experience working with component libraries or design systems like MUI, Bulma, or Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with frontend tooling, state management, and component testing.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2 level, written and spoken).

It would be beneficial if you have:

Experience building and maintaining design systems.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or full-stack development environments.
An eye for detail and a user-first mindset when translating designs into code.
