We are looking for a Unit Manager to join our Omnichannel Unit, where we specialize in delivering comprehensive IT solutions that enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. From self-service platforms to mobile apps, we collaborate directly with clients to create seamless customer journeys.

The role involves overseeing the business development, planning, execution, and maintenance of Omnichannel solutions tailored to meet both client and organizational needs. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, business development, network building, and technical expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality software on time and within budget.

What you will do

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate target markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Translate business needs into actionable software development roadmaps.

 

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and unit sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to sell Omnichannel solutions.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and negotiations with potential partners.

 

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with outsourcing partners.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to expand the network.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

 

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market developments and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
  • Define and implement unit strategies to drive profit growth and achieve goals.

 

Operational Management:

  • Manage budgets, financial performance, resources, and staffing for the unit.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

  • Extensive experience in the software development field, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated success in business and financial management.
  • Proven experience in effectively leading and managing teams.
  • A strong ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and implementing preventive measures.
  • Confident, with exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Capable of fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration among team members.
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2-C1.
