Are you an ambitious student eager to gain hands-on IT experience during the summer? Baltic Amadeus is looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our IT team for the summer period with possible part time extension after. If you're passionate about technology, compliance and want to learn from experienced professionals in a supportive environmentwe want to meet you! 

What you will do

  • Ensure company operations comply with relevant internal policies.
  • Create new user accounts.
  • Prepare, configure, and deploy computers and other hardware devices for employees.
  • User access management.
  • Collect, maintain and fill compliance data sheets.
  • Collaborate with IT team for troubleshooting and escalation of technical issues. 

What we expect from you

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and hardware.
  • Basic knowledge of office365 tools (excell, word, sharepoint).
  • Interest in IT support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a real-world IT environment.
  • Responsibility, accuracy, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Availability to work part-time or full-time during the summer.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level).
