Join our Business to Government Unit as a Senior Front-End Developer and be part of meaningful change in the public sector! In this unit, we partner with government organizations to develop and implement technology solutions that drive digitalization, enhance efficiency, and improve the accessibility of public services.
In this role you will work on the projects, focusing on creating user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces that meet our customers' needs. You’ll work closely with a dedicated project team of experienced Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA specialists, ensuring seamless collaboration from project initiation to completion. 

What you will do

Design and develop scalable, high-performance front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional team to create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences for large-scale systems.

Provide strategic input on UI/UX implementation, front-end architecture, and tooling choices to align with technical goals and user needs.

Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate team capability and code quality.

Drive testing excellence by implementing and maintaining robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.

Partner with stakeholders and business analysts to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive front-end solutions.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuously improve development processes, while staying up to date with modern front-end technologies and trends.

What we expect from you

5+ years of experience in building front-end applications.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with hands-on experience using React.js.

Working knowledge of Docker for development environments, including writing Dockerfiles and managing containers.

Expertise in Git, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth workflow for the team.

Advanced communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts

Fluency in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
