Join our Business to Government Unit as a Java/Erlang Developer and contribute to impactful digital transformation in the public sector!

We collaborate with government organizations to design and deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance efficiency, promote digitalization, and improve public service accessibility. 

In this role, you’ll play a key role in building these solutions using Java and Erlang. No prior experience with Erlang? No problem — we’ll teach you! You’ll receive dedicated training and support to master Erlang and apply it effectively in real-world projects.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Erlang, and PL/SQL.
  • Design and implement back-end components.
  • Collaborate with the team and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Write clean, efficient code following best practices.
  • Perform unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Perform code reviews and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
  • Participate in Agile development processes. 

What we expect from you

  • Proven work experience as a Java Developer.
  • Proficiency in Java and PL/SQL.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and Docker.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of concurrency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian & English (at least B2 level).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and Erlang would be an advantage.
