Omni+ and B2G units are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join their teams and contribute to impactful projects across both private and public sectors!

At Omni Unitas, we specialize in creating seamless omnichannel solutions that enhance the purchasing journey across mobile applications, self-service platforms, and call centers — ensuring smooth system integration and a fluid, efficient user experience.

At the same time, in our Business to Government (B2G) Unit, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that drive meaningful change in the public sector. We partner with government organizations to develop and implement technology solutions that support digitalization, improve accessibility, and increase the efficiency of public services.

What you will do

  • Assist in test planning, estimation, preparation, and execution for application enhancements.
  • Execute test cases and report findings. 
  • Identify, record, and document defects with guidance from senior testers.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback.
  • Learn and apply software QA methodologies and processes within the project team.
  • Collaborate with developers, engineering, and other teams to understand and resolve issues. 
  • Support testing efforts within the project team.

What we expect from you

  • 1 year of experience in manual software testing.
  • Basic knowledge of and some experience with QA methodologies. 
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and quality processes.
  • Analytical mind and attention to details. 
  • Ability to work as part of a development team and willingness to learn. 
  • Basic decision-making, organizational, and time management skills. 
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level).
