Content Manager (maternity cover)

We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Marketing team on a two-year contract. The team focuses on attracting new clients and ensuring Baltic Amadeus is consistently recognised in the market. 

This is a writer-first role, with the majority of your time focused on copywriting and refining content, from blog posts and case studies to content pieces that grow brand awareness.

What you will do

  • Shape and execute Baltic Amadeus external content marketing strategy, with a strong focus on copywriting and editorial content creation.
  • Research, plan and create high-quality written content, including ad copy, blog posts, interviews, case studies, landing pages, press releases, and SEO articles. 
  • Write, proofread, edit, and fine-tune content to suit specific audiences and channels. 
  • Turn complex IT topics into clear, engaging and compelling written content. 
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all written content formats and channels. 
  • Brief and provide creative direction to external agencies and subject-matter experts.
  • Track and report on content performance (traffic, engagement, etc.) and use data to improve future content decisions.
  • Collaborate across teams to bring the content strategy to life through strong storytelling. 

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in copywriting, editorial content creation, communications, journalism, or related positions. 
  • Strong writing skills across both long-form and short-form content.  
  • Ability to adapt copywriting styles and tones for different audiences, formats and purposes. 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple copywriting projects and deadlines. 
  • Experience briefing and managing external content partnerse.g. agencies or subject-matter experts. 
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with AI writing tools, e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, etc. 
  • SEO/AEO knowledge.  
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
