We’re currently looking for a Mid QA Engineer with hands-on experience in web and frontend testing. If you’re passionate about software quality, testing strategy, and working closely with developers to deliver outstanding products, we’d love to hear from you!

What you will do

Perform test planning, estimation, preparation, and execution for application enhancements.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and manage defects during their lifecycle.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Ensure and improve the quality of deliverables by using software QA methodologies and processes inside the project team.
Identify and drive opportunities to improve quality assurance for new and existing functionalities.
Collaborate with developers, engineering, and other teams.
Coordinating testing efforts within the project team.

What we expect from you

2+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on web and front-end applications.
Knowledge of and experience with QA methodologies.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and quality processes.
Analytical mind and good attention to details.
Ability to work as part of a development team.
Decision-making, organizational, and time management skills.
Fluency in Lithuanian & English (at least B2 level).
