We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Public IT Tender Specialist. In this role, you will be working on the supplier side of public IT procurement, where we participate in tenders as a service provider. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing qualification requirements for specialists in public procurement projects and coordinating the formation of project teams. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.  If you have a background in information technology or similar fields, along with experience in document preparation and strong analytical skills, we want to hear from you.

What you will do

  • Prepare and review full tender documentation, including specialist qualification requirements, for public procurement projects.
  • Perform compliance assessment based on the qualification requirements and specialist list.
  • Deal with responsible managers from various departments due to the formation of the teams based on the compliance assessment results and human resources plan.
  • Prepare the specialists’ qualification documents for public procurement projects.
  • Develop and ensure up to date database information (gather, prepare and update data entries) about specialists experience for reuse in future public procurement projects. 
  • Work in cooperation with people development manager regarding the certificate database.

What we expect from you

  • Experience in  public procurement as a supplier is an advantage.
  • Experience in document preparation, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking, good time management skills, orientation to result.
  • Fluent Lithuanian (verbal and writing skills). 
  • English (at least B2 level) advantage.
