We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and contribute to delivering high-impact, expert-driven solutions to our clients.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive business value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively resolving issues and addressing concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent Baltic Amadeus at online and in-person industry events to promote our brand, expand your network, and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with client goals and ensure seamless delivery of proposed solutions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to foster strategic partnerships and uncover growth opportunities.

What we expect from you

  • Proven track record in B2B IT sales, including new client acquisition and strategic account management.
  • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills, with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth across assigned territories or verticals
  • Skilled in building C-level relationships and managing long-term client partnerships.
  • Commercial acumen, including pricing, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business value clearly.
  • Self-driven with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying market opportunities and driving results independently.
  • Team collaboration mindset with strong ownership and proactiveness.
  • Fluency in the English language (at least C1 level).

 

It would be an advantage if you

  • Have a proven track record in B2B IT services sales.
  • Have an understanding of IT solutions and services (e.g., cloud, digital transformation, managed services).
