What you will do

During the internship program (2 months, starting from June), you will:

During the first month of the internship, you'll undergo comprehensive training to familiarize you with our team's processes and the use of our technologies.
During the second month of the internship, along with other program students, you'll have the opportunity to brainstorm an idea and code it as a group. The aim of this group project is to experience firsthand how people working in IT collaborate and operate
Learn all the basics of Progress OpenEdge development platform (programming language, database administration, application server, etc.)
Gain proficiency in programming and its patterns, system design, automated testing, CI/CD implementation, teamwork dynamics, and other essential skills

What we expect from you

Basic knowledge of coding languages (C++/Java/.Net or any of your choice)
Knowledge of object-oriented programming would be a plus
Understanding of codebase, including system design techniques
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Intrest in learning new software and technologies
Fluent English (at least B2) and Lithuanian language skills
