What we expect from you
- Proven track record in B2B sales, including new client acquisition and strategic account management.
- Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills, with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth across assigned territories or verticals
- Skilled in building C-level relationships and managing long-term client partnerships.
- Commercial acumen, including pricing, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business value clearly.
- Self-driven with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying market opportunities and driving results independently.
- Team collaboration mindset with strong ownership and proactiveness.
- Fluency in the English language (at least C1 level).
It would be an advantage if you
- Have a proven track record in B2B IT services sales.
- Have experience with sales automation.
