We are looking for an experienced and sales-driven Growth Executive to join our Progress OpenEdge Unit.

  

Progress OpenEdge Unit specializes in development, outsourcing, and support services, offering innovative solutions to enhance and modernize outdated technology systems based on OpenEdge programming language.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Progress Open Edge Unit through various channels, including outbound campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive business value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively resolving issues and addressing concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent Progress Open Edge Unit services at industry events to promote services, expand your network, and generate qualified leads. Expect around 4-6 events per year globally.
  • Collaborate with unit colleagues, such as Tech Leads, Unit Manager, to align sales strategies with client goals and ensure seamless delivery of proposed solutions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to foster strategic partnerships and uncover growth opportunities.

What we expect from you

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, including new client acquisition and strategic account management.
  • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills, with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth across assigned territories or verticals
  • Skilled in building C-level relationships and managing long-term client partnerships.
  • Commercial acumen, including pricing, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business value clearly.
  • Self-driven with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying market opportunities and driving results independently.
  • Team collaboration mindset with strong ownership and proactiveness.
  • Fluency in the English language (at least C1 level).

 

It would be an advantage if you

  • Have a proven track record in B2B IT services sales.
  • Have experience with sales automation.
