Java Developer for the Omnichannel Unit

We are looking for Java Developer to join the Omnichannel Unit, where we specialize in delivering comprehensive IT solutions to enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend systems.
• Work with microservices architecture and ensure high system performance and reliability.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and data integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and containerized deployment workflows (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Apply DevOps practices and support secure software development practices.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting as part of the Agile development process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

• 2+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java, microservices architecture, and backend optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and security principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level).
• Experience in telco or fintech projects is considered a strong advantage.
