We are looking for Java Developer to join the Omnichannel Unit, where we specialize in delivering comprehensive IT solutions to enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. From mobile apps and self-service platforms to call centers, we work directly with clients to create seamless customer journeys. What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend systems.
  • Work with microservices architecture and ensure high system performance and reliability.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and data integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and containerized deployment workflows (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Apply DevOps practices and support secure software development practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting as part of the Agile development process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

What we expect from you

  • 2+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, microservices architecture, and backend optimization.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and security principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level).
  • Experience in telco or fintech projects is considered a strong advantage.
