What you will do

  • Plan and coordinate technical tasks, balancing hands-on development and team leadership.
  • Oversee the architecture, design, and development of Drupal-based solutions (Drupal 10-11) across multiple projects.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure stable and efficient systems.
  • Implement strong security practices, follow OWASP standards, and ensure the infrastructure can handle high-traffic demands.
  • Support long-term maintenance, manage updates for regulatory compliance, and handle critical issues when needed.
  • Communicate with clients and work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Guide and mentor a team of developers, promoting high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across the team.

What we expect from you

  • At least 5 years of experience with Drupal development, including custom module development, theming, and configuration.
  • Solid knowledge of MySQL, Apache, and Nginx web servers.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and Drupal theming.
  • Experience with Decoupled/Headless Drupal, JavaScript (including jQuery), CSS2/3, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Composer, Drush, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions in high-traffic environments.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English language (at least B2 level).
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
