What you will do

Plan and coordinate technical tasks, balancing hands-on development and team leadership.
Oversee the architecture, design, and development of Drupal-based solutions (Drupal 10-11) across multiple projects.
Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure stable and efficient systems.
Implement strong security practices, follow OWASP standards, and ensure the infrastructure can handle high-traffic demands.
Support long-term maintenance, manage updates for regulatory compliance, and handle critical issues when needed.
Communicate with clients and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Guide and mentor a team of developers, promoting high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across the team.

What we expect from you

At least 5 years of experience with Drupal development, including custom module development, theming, and configuration.
Solid knowledge of MySQL, Apache, and Nginx web servers.
Experience with RESTful APIs and Drupal theming.
Experience with Decoupled/Headless Drupal, JavaScript (including jQuery), CSS2/3, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with Docker, Composer, Drush, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions in high-traffic environments.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Fluency in English language (at least B2 level).
Leadership experience is a plus.
